abstract An electrostatic spraying device ( 10 ) includes a container ( 15 ) for storing a liquid containing an ingredient valuable for a human body, a nozzle ( 20 ) communicating with the inside of the container ( 15 ), and an electric field generation section ( 31 ) to which a voltage is applied, thereby generating an electric field at a tip portion of the nozzle ( 20 ). The electrostatic spraying device ( 10 ) sprays the liquid from a tip of the nozzle ( 20 ) by generating the electric field at the tip portion of the nozzle ( 20 ) by using the electric field generation section ( 31 ). The electrostatic spraying device ( 10 ) is configured such that the direction of the nozzle ( 20 ) is changeable.
