abstract |
The invention relates to a gas phase method for producing nanometric particles ( 10 ) in a reactor ( 11 ) for producing particles in a gas phase, in which there is an interaction between a reaction flow ( 14 ) and an energy flow ( 15 ). This method comprises the following steps:n a step for coupling a device for producing gaseous chlorides ( 12 ) with this reactor ( 11 ), a step for producing gaseous chlorides from a base precursor in the form of powders ( 20 ), and a step for injecting such a reaction flow ( 14 ) into the reactor ( 11 ). |
