titleOfInvention Radiation detector
abstract A problem of local pin-hole defects generated in avalanche multiplication is avoided. Before an anode and a cathode are assembled as a light receiving element, a position of a pin-hole defect is specified by a vacuum container for specifying a defect position having a previously prepared field emission array for inspection. If the cathode is a field emission array when the anode and cathode are assembled as a light receiving element, the anode and cathode are assembled such that a field emission chip corresponding to the position of the pin-hole defect does not discharge an electron beam to the field emission array serving as an actual detector.
