abstract | The invention relates to new alkoxyamines suitable for hydrosilylation reactions, to siloxane modified alkoxamines and to siloxane modified polymers and to their use as slip and leveling agent or as dispersant. The alkoxamines are compounds of formula (I) or (II) wherein A is a group capable of forming a stable free nitroxyl radical A. which is bound via its oxygen atom to the carbon atom; R 1 and R 2 independently of one another are hydrogen, C 1 -C 18 -alkyl, C 3 -C 8 cycloalkyl or phenyl which are unsubstituted or substituted by NO 2 , halogen, amino, hydroxy, cyano, carboxy, C 1 -C 4 alkoxy, C 1 -C 4 alkylthio, C 1 -C 4 alkylamino or di(C 1 -C 4 alkyl)amino; R 3 , R 4 and R 5 independently of one another are hydrogen or C 1 -C 18 alkyl or phenyl; or R 3 and R 5 together with the linking group C═C form a 5 to 12 membered ring; R 6 is X hydrogen or C 1 -C 18 alkyl or phenyl; X is O, NH or NR 7 , wherein R 7 is C 1 -C 18 alkyl, C 3 -C 8 cycloalkyl or phenyl; Y is a direct bond, C 1 -C 30 alkylene or C 6 -C 12 arylene, with the proviso that the compound of formula (I) is not (1) or (2). |
