A complex, its stereoisomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt has the formula I, where: n n n n n n n n n n n n wherein:n W is a group that is A, B, or C: n n n n n n n n n n n n n n n n n n n R 1 is hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxy; n R 2 is a bond, hydrogen or alkyl n R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are independently hydrogen, iodine, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxyl, amino, aminoalkyl, dialkylamino, or carboxyl; n X is a bond, C═O, O═C—O, or CH 2 ; n Y is a bond, CH 2 , or O; n m is an integer ranging from 1 to 6; n n is an integer ranging from 0 to 6; n Metal represents a metallic moiety comprising a radionuclide; and n Chelate represents a chelating moiety that coordinates with said radionuclide to form the complex. |
