abstract An organic light emitting device includes a substrate having a plurality of pixels, with each pixel comprising a plurality of sub-pixels. Each sub-pixel includes an emission area that contains a first electrode, a second electrode, and an emitting layer. The emitting layer of at least one sub-pixel includes a phosphorescence material. In addition to these features, the device includes a scan line to provide a scan signal to a corresponding sub-pixel, a data line to supply data signal to a corresponding sub-pixel, and a power supply line configured to provide power to a corresponding sub-pixel. The resistance of the data line is lower than a resistance of the scan line.
