abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method of high sensitive immunoassay using immunoagglutination reaction by antigen-antibody reaction for quantification of a biological substance. The present invention provides a method for assaying an antigen comprising assaying agglutination which is generated by contacting an antigen with a carrier on which antibodies are supported, wherein the carrier on which antibodies are supported comprises a plurality of types of monoclonal antibodies that recognize different epitopes of an antigen supported thereon via simultaneous sensitization to the carrier. |
