abstract An object is to provide a semiconductor device in which an antenna is not bent and electric waves can be transmitted and received even if a substrate is bent and in which a thin and flexible substrate can be used. The present invention relates to a semiconductor device characterized in that it has an antenna having a spiral shape, a zigzag shape, a comb shape, a lattice shape, a radial shape or a net shape, which is formed using a superelastic alloy material or a shape-memory alloy material over at least one entire surface of a flat and flexible substrate; and a circuit including a thin film transistor, which is connected to the antenna.
