abstract |
The present invention relates to production of alcoholic beverage enriched with 1 H 2 16 O in comparison with typical alcoholic beverage. This is provided by addition to alcoholic beverage highly pure light water comprising H 2 16 O from about 99.76% to about 99.99% by weight of water. The addition of highly pure light water to alcoholic beverage composition leads to lowering of the ethanol toxicity. |
