abstract |
The invention relates to a chewing gum comprising chewing gum ingredients, said chewing gum comprising at least one elastomer and at least one resin, said at least one resin comprising at least one synthetic biodegradable homopolymer resin, the amount of said synthetic biodegradable homopolymer of said chewing gum being from about ½% to 60% by weight of said chewing gum. The obtained non-tack properties combined with acceptable chew feel is according to an embodiment of the invention obtained by a combination of a biodegradable homopolymer and an elastomer in the chewing gum. |
