Organic electroluminescent device and method of manufacturing organic electroluminescent device |
abstract |
A method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device having at least two successive light-emitting layers formed between a pair of electrodes using a liquid phase method includes: forming a first light-emitting layer on a base using the liquid phase method and performing an insolubilization process on the first light-emitting layer; and forming a second light-emitting layer on the first light-emitting layer, on which the insolubilization process has been performed, using the liquid phase method. In the insolubilization process, an insoluble layer that is not soluble in a solvent that dissolves the second light-emitting layer is formed on at least an upper surface of the first light-emitting layer. |
