titleOfInvention | Method for Rapidly and Conveniently Detecting Target Substances and Enzyme Immunological Kit Therefor |
abstract | A measurement kit capable of rapidly and conveniently detecting one type or a plurality of types of target substance(s) simultaneously in a sample and a measurement method therefor are provided. Furthermore, with the kit or the measurement method, disease with which a target substance is associated is diagnosed. The enzyme immunological kit comprises: a support upon the surface of which a substance that recognizes a target substance is immobilized; an enzyme-labeled antibody against the target substance; and a substrate whose reaction product is water-insoluble after the enzyme-labeled antibody is caused to undergo color development; with which the target substance in a sample is detected based on color development on the support surface. Alternatively, the measurement method comprises 2 reaction steps: the incubation step and the color development step, by which a target substance in a sample is detected or the concentration of the target substance in the sample is measured through visual determination of color developed on the support surface after the color development reaction. |
