abstract The present invention relates to a component ( 1 ) making it easier to fasten a stoma bandage ( 6 ) to skin. According to the invention, the component comprises a plastic film ( 2 ) coated with a layer ( 3 ) of a soft and skin-compatible silicone elastomer which adheres to skin. The component also has a through-opening ( 4 ) intended to be applied around a stoma.
