titleOfInvention Electroluminescent element and production method thereof
abstract The invention is intended to provide an organic EL element provided with a film capable of preventing immigration of impurity even when a material such as dope type PEDOT/PSS of which impurity can immigrate to a light emitting layer is used and a production method therefore, the film of the organic EL element being excellent in uniformity and easily formed. In the organic EL element, a first electrode, an organic light emitting medium layer, and a second electrode are formed on a substrate; the organic light emitting medium layer at least includes a positive hole transport layer and an organic light emitting layer; and a second positive hole transport layer having positive hole mobility in the range of 1×10 −4 to 1 cm 2 /v·s is formed between the positive hole transport layer and the organic light emitting layer.
