abstract A method of screening for the risk of a sleep disorder such as obstructive sleep apnea proceeds by first providing a sleep health education to a member of an organization, offering and following up by providing a portable screening device for use by the member at home, which monitors a respiratory parameter such as airflow and/or oxygen saturation. The data from the monitoring is then analysed to determine the presence of the sleep disorder and the results are then reported.
