A horizontal linear actuator moves the support platform on a horizontal axis. A vertical linear actuator moves the support platform on a vertical axis. A sensory vestibular input is provided by moving the support platform in two independent axes: a horizontal axis and a vertical axis of control that can be interpolated into any dual axes motion profile of choice.
