titleOfInvention Body training machine
abstract The invention provides a body training machine which can execute training amusingly while feeling a suitable stimulation in a simple pedaling exercise as well as obtaining a great training effect, and can be structured compact. The body training machine is provided with a base frame portion, a handle portion, a saddle portion, a rotating means, and an elevating means. The elevating means is constituted by a cam wheel and a swing arm. A lower end portion of the handle shaft is brought into slidable contact with an upward surface of the cam wheel. The swing arm is structured such that a front portion is brought into slidable contact with a downward surface of the cam wheel and a rear portion is brought into contact with a lower portion of the saddle shaft, thereby pushing up the saddle shaft in conjunction with an upward swing motion of the rear portion of the swing arm.
