abstract | The present invention provides a novel method to produce grade road base material using recycled oilfield waste, called “oil and gas waste,” more specifically, drilling waste and aggregate and a novel road base material. Hydration and mixing of the waste materials along with an aggregate will form an environmentally safe, structurally sound road base material. An asphalt emulsifier may be included in the binder to manufacture asphalt stabilized road base. The entire method is a cold batch process. |
