It is advisable to use lead-free anti-friction layers in the production of layered composite materials for plain bearings or bushes. The invention relates to a layered composite material comprising a support layer, a metal bearing layer ( 3 ) consisting of a copper alloy or an aluminium alloy, a nickel intermediate layer ( 2 ) with a thickness >4 μm and an anti-friction layer ( 1 ) consisting of approx. 0-20 wt. % copper and/or silver, with the residue consisting of bismuth. The anti-friction layer is deposited in a plating method using a methyl sulphonic acid-based electrolyte. |
