abstract |
The present invention relates to non-naturally occurring zinc finger proteins that are selected for binding to a DNA sequence of interest. The non-naturally occurring zinc finger proteins of the present invention are based on the sequence of zinc finger proteins having more than three zinc fingers, such as NRSF, and are capable of binding extended DNA target sequences with high affinity and specificity. |
