Piezoelectric actuator, liquid transporting apparatus, and method for producing piezoelectric actuator and method for producing liquid transporting apparatus |
abstract |
A liquid transporting apparatus includes individual electrodes 32, wirings 35 having contact points 35 a respectively, FPC 40 having terminals 42 a, a cavity plate 10, and individual cooling passages 47 formed in the cavity plate 10. Each of the individual cooling passages 47 is formed at a position which is between one of the individual electrodes 32 and one of the contact points 35 a and which faces one of the wirings 35. When the FPC 40 and the wirings 35 are joined, a conductive material 45 between the terminals 42 a of the FPC 40 and the contact points 35 a of the wirings 35 are melted while a cooling liquid 60 is being flowed in the individual cooling passages 47, thereby cooling the molten conductive material 45. Thus, it is possible to suppress the flowing of conductive material 45 from the contact points 35 a to their surroundings. |
