abstract An RTV organopolysiloxane composition comprising an organopolysiloxane, an alkoxysilane compound containing, on the average, at least two silicon-bonded hydrolyzable groups and having a boiling point of at least 150° C. under normal pressure, and an organoxytitanium having a tertiary carbon atom bonded to an oxygen atom is easy to handle due to a high flash point, shelf stable, and adherent to resins, and gives off a less odor.
