On a side of the back electrode opposite to the light-emitting layer, a ceramic sheet having a thermal emissivity of 0.8 or more and a thickness of from 50 to 1,000 μm or a graphite sheet having a thermal conductivity of 200 W/m·K or more is provided, or the graphite sheet and the ceramic sheet adjacent thereto are provided.
