abstract | A flame retarded composition for polyester or plastic is provided to enhance the fire resistant property of the polyester or the plastic. The composition at least includes a mixture of copper nanoparticles and clay. Copper ions are mixed with clay and the copper ions in the clay are reduced by reduce Cuent to form the copper nanoparticles. The clay containing copper nanoparticles are added and mixed in the polyester in the process for forming polyester chips and the chips with fire resistant property are formed. The chips, which have fire resistant property, is heated and used to produce fibers. The fibers are weaved to form the stuff, which has fire resistant property. |
