The system comprises a container fluidly coupled to a covering, wherein the covering surrounds the household pests' environment. The method for effectively controlling the household pests comprises: surrounding or coupling a covering to a furnishing: connecting a pressurized fluid container to the covering; filling the covering with the fluid in the container; leaving the filled covering for a period of time; and removing the covering. The system and method may be used for pests' environment such as household furnishings.
