titleOfInvention | Method for information processing with nucleic acid molecules |
abstract | The present invention is directed to provide an information processing method using autonomously workable nucleic acids, and a molecular computer to carry out operations with the method. Objectives above mentioned may be achieved with following method. The present invention provides an information processing method carrying out operations with functions receiving an argument and returning a return value through chemical reactions of molecules, comprising (a) inputting a first encoded nucleic acid defined in correspondence to a first degradable single stranded nucleic acid as an argument (b) carrying out an operation with functions defined in correspondence to chemical reactions of operator nucleic acids based on the argument (c) obtaining a second encoded nucleic acid defined in correspondence to a second single stranded nucleic acid as a return value. Furthermore, the invention provides a molecular computer designed on the basis of the method. |
