The present invention relates to a latent-heat storage type adsorbent composition for canisters which compromises an adsorbent adsorbing a fuel vapor and a heat-storage material comprising microencapsulated phase-changing material which absorbs or releases latent heat in response to temperature change, and a method for producing such an adsorbent.
