abstract A reservoir of an anaesthetic vaporizer is adapted to hold a supply of liquid anaesthetic agent. A plurality of channels are connected to define a path for carrier gas being passed through the vaporizer. Each channel is provided with a wick extending into the reservoir so as to permit flow of liquid anaesthetic agent from the reservoir, via the wick, to the carrier gas.
