abstract A method of making a medicament which is a vapour comprising heating a composition to a temperature not exceeding 500° C. for a time of less than 10 seconds. The composition is non-volatile at 75° C. and generates a vapour free of pyrolysis products when heated in this way. The vapour is produced in a portion of air smaller than the mean respiratory tidal volume. A composition suitable for using in such a method is also disclosed.
