abstract An organic electroluminescent device comprises a transparent substrate, a first electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, an electron-injecting layer and a second electrode. In this case, the first electrode, the organic light-emitting layer, the electron-injecting layer and the second electrode are disposed on the transparent substrate in sequence. Furthermore, the organic light-emitting layer includes a plurality of organic electroluminescent units. The electron-injecting layer includes a plurality of electron-injecting units, which are respectively disposed on the organic electroluminescent units, and at least two electron-injecting units are made of different materials.
