abstract |
A gene panel comprising genes each showing, in hepatic stellate cells, a varied expression level in a hepatic stellate cell activation state compared with a level in a normal state, comprising the steps of: n (a) measuring expression levels of various genes in the hepatic stellate cells, which have been separated from a model animal in the normal state, in the resting state and the expression levels of the genes in the hepatic stellate cells in the activation state; and n (b) identifying the genes showing the increased expression level in the activation state. |
