titleOfInvention Free flowing solid antimicrobial composition
abstract A solid antimicrobial composition that maintains free flow when exposed to high humidity and elevated temperature. The composition contains at least ortho-phthalic aldehyde and an anti-caking agent. A dispersant and/or a solubility enhancer may also be added. The composition is novel because it presents greatly decreased caking tendency as compared to OPA by itself, and preserves excellent flowing properties even after extended exposure to extreme temperature and humidity conditions.
