titleOfInvention | Crosslinkable vinylpolymer and process for the preparation thereof |
abstract | The reaction of a vinyl monomer (A), an unsaturated fatty acid hydroxyalkyl ester-modified polycaprolactone (B) and a radical polymerization initiator (I) in a continuously mixing reactor can provide a crosslinkable vinyl polymer (C) having a number average molecular weight of about 500 to about 10,000. A cured product thereof has a high elasticity and a high strength, and finds many applications, for example, paints, coating materials, adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesives. |
