The invention concerns a chromium complex corresponding to formula (I) wherein: each X is, independently, selected from the group of halogen, alkoxide, aryloxide, amide, phosphide, hydride, hydrocarbyl or substituted hydrocarbyl; each L is, independently, a neutral elecron donor group which stabilizes the complex; n is 2 or 3; p is a number from 0 to 3; R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are, independently, hydrogen, hydrocarbyl, substituted hydrocarbyl; R6 and R7 are, independently, substituted ary groups; and its use for the polymerization of alpha-olefins. |
