The invention refers to a laminate comprising a first polymer layer and a second polymer layer wherein the first polymer layer comprises at least one polyolefin is simultaneously biaxially stretched and the second polymer layer is extruded upon or heat-bonded to the first polymer layer, said laminate exhibiting a variation of the laminate shrinkage in cross direction over a length of at least 100 m in machine direction of less than about 0.6%. |
