Nucleic acid primers of acidophilic bacterium and method of identifying acidophilic bacterium |
abstract |
The present invention provides a technique for rapidly and easily detecting and identifying a harmful acidophilic bacterium mixed in a beverage or like sample. The method comprises performing PCR using a primer pair of a specific combination of nucleic acid primers each comprising the nucleotide sequence shown in one of SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 14, to detect and identify an acidophilic bacterium in a sample. |
