The invention concerns an intersomatic implant adapted to contain at least a bone graft and to be inserted in the intervertebral space along a predetermined direction. It comprises: a first part ( 10 ), generally annular in shape, enclosing a recess ( 11 ) and having a first upper edge ( 12 ) and a first lower edge ( 14 ), and a second part ( 16 ) elongated along its main axis (A) having a second lower edge ( 18 ) and a second upper edge ( 20 ), and which links along said predetermined direction two opposite portions in line with said first parts ( 10 ) dividing said recess ( 11 ) into two housings adapted to contain said bone graft, at least a portion of said second lower and upper edges projecting outside the space defined by said first lower ( 14 ) and upper ( 12 ) second edges of said first part ( 10 ). |
