abstract There is disclosed a contact probe member which solves a problem of reflection in a terminal of an electrical transmission line. The contact probe member comprises: a plurality of electrodes which corresponds to pads in a semiconductor device disposed on an insulating substrate; and a plurality of electrical transmission lines disposed on the insulating substrate and electrically connected to the plurality of electrodes, wherein a terminating resistance 80 is disposed in a terminal a of the electrical transmission line in order to prevent reflection from the terminal of the electrical transmission line.
