The present disclosure relates to a personal medical database device that comprises a connector for interfacing the database device with a reading/writing device and at least one memory device contained within the database device. The memory device holds personal medical information of a user of the database device and normally has a storage density of at least 200 kB/mm 3 . Typically, the memory device is an ARS device or an MRAM device. With the personal medical database device, the user can maintain and transport detailed records as to his or her medical history and current medical status and further can easily convey all or a portion of this information to a practitioner prior to receiving medical/dental services. |
