abstract A color fluorescent lamp, having at least a closed cavity filled with an inert gas, at least two fluorescent layers coated on an interior wall of the cavity, and a set of electrodes. The fluorescent layers have fluorescent material to emit different color lights. The set of electrodes is located inside of the cavity. A high voltage is applied to the set of electrodes, so that the noble gas electrons are induced inside of the cavity, which then emits an ultra-violet light. Being excited by the ultra-violet light, a visible light is emitted from the fluorescent layers.
