abstract The present invention discloses an ozone generator with reduced NO x comprising an air stream generating means; a drying means; an electrical field generating unit; a high-voltage generating means; and a cooling means. The flow velocity of the air stream in the ozone generating area can be increased by means of the air stream generating means up to 700 s.c.c.m, The temperature in the ozone generating area can be lowered by means of the cooling system to lower than 10° C. By means of the above, the amount of NO x produced by the disclosed ozone generator can be reduced substantially.
