titleOfInvention Process and device for the production of cellulosic moulded bodies
abstract The invention relates to a process for the production of a spunlaid fabric containing solvent-spun cellulosic fibres. The process is characterised in that a solution of cellulose in an aqueous tertiary amine oxide is extruded through a spinneret ( 1 ) with orifices and the extruded filaments ( 3 ) are stretched in an air gap and led into a precipitation bath ( 2 ), the filaments in the precipitation bath ( 2 ) are intercepted by a first conveyor device ( 5 ) whereby a curtain of threads of filaments basically arranged parallel to each other and basically of constant thickness is formed on the first conveyor device ( 5 ), the curtain of threads is transported by means of the first conveyor device ( 5 ) out of the precipitation bath ( 2 ) onto a second conveyor device inclined downwards ( 8 ), and the curtain of threads is transported downwards on the second conveyor device ( 8 ) onto a third conveyor device ( 10 ), where the third conveyor device ( 10 ) draws off the curtain of threads at a speed less than the speed of the curtain of threads transported downwards on the second conveyor device.
