The invention relates to an article comprising a decorative element to be applied to a person's skin or nail, said decorative element comprising: a decoration to be transferred to a person's skin or nail, said decoration comprising a decorative layer; a support film supporting said decoration, said support film being removably attached to a first outer surface of the decorative layer; a layer of inert adhesive which is applied to a second outer surface of the decorative layer and which can be activated by an activator, and an activator comprising a fluid, pasty, semi-pasty, or solid component which can be applied to a person's skin or nails. |
