abstract Herein described is an apparatus for disgregating a biological tissue, such as an adipose tissue including stem and/or multipotent cells for use in regenerative medicine. The apparatus comprises a disposable device having a first duct for the passage of the biological tissue, the first duct having a first end and a second end. Each end of the first duct is configured for connection to an inlet/outlet opening of a respective handling and/or collecting device, particularly a pump device, such as a syringe. The disposable device further comprises an adjustment arrangement operable to cause a reduction of a passage section of the first duct.
