abstract A display panel comprising: a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, a light deflection structure between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a black matrix on a side of the second substrate close to the first substrate. The display panel further comprises a display region and a non-display region. The black matrix comprises a light shielding region and a hollowed-out region in the non-display region. The light deflection structure is configured to deflect part or all of light incident towards the hollowed-out region to the light-shielding region.
