abstract The present disclosure discloses a radiation treatment plan generation method, which is applied to a therapeutic equipment comprising at least two therapeutic heads. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring images of an area of the patient with a tumor; determining a treatment target region including the tumor as a region for being irradiated with a radiation beam upon radiotherapy; obtaining a prescription dose of the treatment target, wherein the prescription dose comprises a parameter of prescription dose value that is a magnitude of a dose received by the tumor; and determining a therapeutic head, a therapeutic approach and a therapeutic drive approach suitable for irradiating the target region, based on the therapeutic target region and the prescription dose thereof.
