The display panel is disposed on the dimming panel and includes a repeat unit including a first pixel unit, a second pixel unit and a third pixel unit, wherein each of the first pixel unit, the second pixel unit and the third pixel unit includes a first color sub-pixel, a second color sub-pixel and a third color sub-pixel, wherein the arrangement of the first color sub-pixel, the second color sub-pixel and the third color sub-pixel in the first pixel unit, the arrangement of the first color sub-pixel, the second color sub-pixel and the third color sub-pixel in the second pixel unit and the arrangement of the first color sub-pixel, the second color sub-pixel and the third color sub-pixel in the third pixel unit are different from each other, and the total area shielded by the light-shielding structure of the first color sub-pixels in the repeat unit, the total area shielded by the light-shielding structure of the second color sub-pixels in the repeat unit and the total area shielded by the light-shielding structure of the third color sub-pixels in the repeat unit are equal.
