abstract |
The present invention provides a lithium-sulfur thermal battery including: a positive electrode including sulfur (S 8 ) or a sulfur compound, and a solid electrolyte including a lithium salt and a polymer having a melting point lower than a melting point of a negative electrode; a lithium metal negative electrode or lithium alloy; a solid electrolyte membrane disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and including a lithium salt and a polymer having a melting point lower than a melting point of the lithium metal negative electrode or lithium alloy; and a heater configured to provide heat so that the polymer is melted. |
