abstract |
Luminaries, fixtures, systems and methods of providing both spectrally and spatially targeted illumination are disclosed. Intelligent lighting systems with programmable interfaces for customizing spectral and spatial light output to an individual user are also disclosed. Lighting fixtures including table and floor lamps with adjustable spectral output designed to coordinate with the time of day and human circadian rhythms are described. Adjustable light distribution units that provide for both indirect lighting and task lighting that may be independently varied with respect to color so as to illuminate and facilitate circadian rhythm regulation are also disclosed. |
