abstract | The invention relates to a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1, below, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound or salt. The compound of the invention or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof can be used for the prevention or treatment of sodium channel blocker-related diseases. n n n n n n n n n n n n in Chemical Formula 1, n R 1 is hydrogen, C 1-4 alkyl, C 1-4 alkoxy, C 1-4 haloalkyl, C 1-4 haloalkoxy, halogen, or cyano, n R 2 and R 3 are each independently hydrogen, or halogen, n R 4 is C 5-10 heteroaryl containing one or two elements each independently selected from the group consisting of N, S and O, wherein the C 5-10 heteroaryl is unsubstituted or substituted with C 1-4 alkyl or halogen, n R 5 is —CH 2 CH 2 —N(R 7 )(R 8 ), or —CH 2 CH 2 CH 2 —N(R 7 )(R 8 ), R 6 is hydrogen, or C 1-4 alkyl; or R 5 and R 6 together form C 3-5 alkylene, (C 2-4 alkylene)-N(R 9 )—(C 2-4 alkylene), or (C 2-4 alkylene)-O—(C 2-4 alkylene), wherein the C 3-5 alkylene, or C 2-4 alkylene is each independently unsubstituted or substituted with one or two R 10 , n R 7 , R 8 , and R 9 are each independently hydrogen, or C 1-4 alkyl, n R 10 is C 1-4 alkyl, C 1-4 alkoxy, halogen, amino, NH(C 1-4 alkyl), N(C 1-4 alkyl) 2 , NHCO(C 1-4 alkyl), or pyrrolidinyl, n X 1 is C—R′, or N, wherein R′ is hydrogen, or halogen, n X 2 is CH, or N, and n X 3 is N—R″, wherein R″ is hydrogen, or C 1-4 alkyl. |
